  • Assisting customers in preparing documents for LC opening through their banks.
  • Coordinating with banks and suppliers for smooth transaction processing.
  • Regular updates on LC status and shipment schedules.

Shipment & Logistics Monitoring

  • Follow-up with suppliers for on-time shipment readiness.
  • Monitoring of vessel/air shipment schedules and booking status.
  • Providing shipping updates (ETD, ETA, Bill of Lading) to the customer.
  • Assist during port clearance and delivery follow-up through the customer’s nominated C&F agent.

Sample Arrangement & Technical Evaluation

  • Supplying free or commercial samples for customer testing and lab trials.
  • Coordinating sample shipment through courier or air freight.
  • Assisting in technical discussions between client R&D/QA teams and the supplier.

After-Sales Support

  • Coordinating with suppliers in case of product complaints, quality issues, or non-conformances.
  • Arranging for replacements, technical clarification, or credit notes as needed.
